I love doing chin ups, they make me feel strong :)
I know I'm getting weak when doing 15 push-ups is getting hard. Apparently, I have been neglecting my arms. So today I wanted to give you guys a good arm workout! I'm lucky that I still get to use BYU's facility, which makes it easier to do my workouts. If you have weights at home, use them!
Normal Push-ups (keep butt down)
Shoulder tap- (Stay in control, and tap opposite shoulder)
Shoulder press with dumb-bell
Triceps pull downs
3 sets of 10!
