Picking out our weights, I know its only albs...we still wanted to die!
Most of you know how much I love exercising and just being active. I got introduced to 'pure barre' last week and it rocked my world. Literally, I watched a video thinking "oh, that looks easy... I can totally do that". Brittany (a girl I know here in Arizona, she's the sweetest) and I went together with no expectations. I was honestly so nervous, but also super excited to try something new. This was hands down, one of thee hardest yet most effective workout I've ever done. I am SO SORE, I can't even explain what is is. Its a mix of yoga/ballet/core/arms/balance, they're all about little movements. It may sound real easy, but it doesn't matter how fit you are because it will burn either way.
You will work on areas women most struggle with: hips, abs, arms and thighs.
Barre is the new black, get onboard :)
