I finally got my "Dedrickson" shirt, thank you Nancy :)


 Step overs- 3x each leg!


 Over- Under


 And this little guy trying to copy me haha


 Backwards walk overs

 10x120m- Marsha did 11x200m 

 One legged squat- 3x12 each leg
 3x12 dips (There's a bump)

Do as many as you can haha- Step forward push-ups 3 times

If you don't have hurdlers anywhere near you, you can do everything else at home,
